-أنت تعلم وموافق على أن يقوم ZeyCan Store بأعلامك عن أى تعديل على أتفاقية المستخدم ( سواء كنت مستأجر أو مشترى ) , وبموجبه تتضاعف التزاماتك أو تتضاءل حقوقك وفقا لأى تعديلات قد تجرى على أتفاقية الأستخدام. -أنت موافق على أن ZeyCan Store وبمطلق صلاحيته ودون تحمله المسئولية القانوينة أن يجرى تعديلات أساسية أو فرعية على هذة الأتفاقية دون أن يتطلب ذاك موافقة أضافية من طرفك, وذلك فى أى وقت وبأثر فورى, بواسطة بث أعلان عن التعديل على الموقع. -أنت تعلم أن ZeyCan Store لا يعتبر مزادا أو بنكا ولا يقدم خدمات مماثلة, ZeyCan Store يعتبر موقع ألكترونيا تقنيا على شبكة الأنترنت يتيح بيع وشراء البضائع بين البائعين والمشتريين المسجلين بالموقع فقط. -يقوم المستأجر بدفع أشتراك شهرى نظير أستخدام الموقع وأنشاء المحل الخاص به وعليه التأكد من دفع الأشتراك فى الميعاد المحدد حتى يتم التجديد له , فأى تأخير فى دفع الأيجار سيتم حجب المحل حتى يتم سداد القيمة الشهرية المطلوبة أما بالنسبه للمشترى والمتصفح فالعضوية مجانية سواء كان الأستخدام عن طريق الموقع الألكترونى أو تطبيق الهاتف المحمول. -للموقع الحق بعمل تعديلات على رسوم الأشتراك بما يراه مناسبا وسيتم الأعلان عن أى تعديل من خلال مراسلتك على بريدك الألكترونى, وقد تكون التعديلات مؤقتة أو مستمرة سواء كانت على الرسوم أو الخدمات وعليك الألتزام بها وفق بنودها حين يتم الأعلان عنها. -فى حالة عدم ألتزامك بدفع الأشتراك الشهرى كمستأجر, ZeyCan Store وبدون أدنى مسئولية قانونية يحتفظ بحقه فى أصدار وتوجيه أنذار رسمى لك لعدم ألتزامك بالسداد بالوقت المحدد. |

بحسب ما هو مسموح فى القانون فأن ZeyCan Store وموظفية ومدرائه ووكلائه والمتفرعين عنه والمجهزين له لن يكونوا مسؤولين عن أى خسارة مباشرة أو أعطال تنشأ عن أستخدامك للموقع. أذا لم تكن راض عن الموقع أو عن أى من محتوياتة مواده فالحل هو عدم أستمرارك بأستخدامة, علاوة على ذلك فأنت موافق أن أى أستخدام غير مفوض للموقع وخدماتة, بسبب أهمالك سوف يتسبب بألحاق الأذى بــ ZeyCan Store , وعلية سنضطر حينها اللجوء الى بنود وشروط أتفاقية المستخدم. أنت موافق على توفير الأمان لــ ZeyCan Store ومدرائه وموظفيه ووكلائه ومجهزبة ووقايتهم من أى ضرر قد يلحق بهم جراء مطالبات وخسائر وأعطال وتكاليف ونفقات , تحدث بسبب أنتهاكك لأتفاقية المستخدم ( سواء كنت مستأجر أو مشترى ) أو خرقك لأى قانون أو تعديلات أو تعدى على حقوق أطراف ثالثة. |
None of the terms of the User Agreement (whether you are a renter or buyer) imply any partnership between you and ZeyCan Store and you have no power to bind ZeyCan Store in any way. And any notices that you would like to send to ZeyCan Store should be sent by e-mail, provided that the ZeyCan Store responds to the e-mail. You know and agree to any notices sent to you from the ZeyCan Store you will announce on the Site or by e-mail you provided to us through the registration process, which you are supposed to have received within 24 hours of sending. We can send you a notice by postal mail to the address you provided and assume that it will arrive to you within 7 days of dispatch. |
لا تتضمن أى من بنود أتفاقية المستخدم ( سواء كنت مستأجر أو مشترى ) أشارة الى وجود شراكة بينك وبين ZeyCan Store وأنت ليس لك سلطة فى ألزام ZeyCan Store بأى حال من الأحوال. وأن أى أشعارات تود أرسالها لــ ZeyCan Store عليك أرسالها بالبريد الألكترونى, على أن يقوم ZeyCan Store بالرد على الرسالة الألكترونية. أنت تعرف وموافق على أى أشعارات ترسل اليك من ZeyCan Store سوف تعلن على الموقع أو بواسطة البريد الألكترونى الذى زودتنا به من خلال عملية التسجيل , ويفترض أنك تسلمته بعد 24 ساعة من الأرسال. ويمكن أن نرسل لك أشعارا بالبريد العادى على العنوان الذى زودتنا به ويفترض وصوله اليك بعد 7 أيام من الأرسال. |
If any provision of this User Agreement is invalid or void or for any reason no longer applicable, such paragraph shall not invalidate the rest of the paragraphs of the Agreement. اذا كانت أى فقرة واردة فى أتفاقية المستخدم هذة غير صالحة أو ملغاة أو أنها لأى سبب لم تعد نافذة الإ ان مثل هذة الفقرة لا تلغى صلاحية بقية الفقرات الواردة فى الأتفاقية. هذة الأتفاقيه ( والتى تعدل بين حين وأخر بحسب بنودها ) تضع كافة الخطوط العريضة للتفهم والأتفاق بينك وبين ZeyCan Store مع الاخذ فى الأعتبار ما يلى:. -ليس من حق أى شخص لا يكون طرفا فى أتفاقية المستخدم هذة أن يفرض أى بنود أو شروط فيها. -أذا تمت ترجمة أتفاقية المستخدم لأى لغة أخرى غير الأنجليزية سواء على الموقع أو بطرق أخرى فأن النص الأنجليزى لها يظل هو السائد. |

-يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بكافة الشروط العامة للأستخدام. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بتقديم منتجات وخدمات متميزة من حيث الجودة والسعر. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بتقديم عروض و خصومات بصفة مستمرة. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بالرد على أستفسارات وتساؤلات الجمهور فى الحال من خلال خدمة الرسائل المتوفرة. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بتوصيل المنتجات المباعة ف خلال المدة المحددة المعلنة دون أى تأخير. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بتحديد مصاريف التوصيل على أن يكون المبلغ المطلوب مناسب ولا يتم المبالغة فيه. -يفضل أن يحددالمشترك (المستأجر – البائع ) من البداية قائمة بمصاريف التوصيل بحيث تكون معلنة وواضحة. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بعرض كافة التفاصيل والبيانات الخاصة بالمنتجات والخدمات المعروضة. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) فى حالة شكوى العميل من المنتج المشترى لوجود عيب ما فيه أن يتم أستبداله فى خلال 5 أيام من الشكوى بشرط على الا يكون تعدى فترة ال 14 يوما. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) فى حالة توصيل منتج خطأ بتحمل مصاريف التوصيل أما فى حالة طلب العميل أستبدال المنتج لأى سبب لا يتعلق بالمنتج نفسه فأنه يتحمل هذه المصاريف. -يلتزم المشترك ( المستأجر – البائع ) بأن تكون البضاعة بنفس المواصفات المعروضة وفى حالة أختلاف المواصفات ورفض المشترى أستلامها على المشترك أن يتحمل مصاريف التوصيل. |
This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt and is fully and fully subject to the legislation in force in the Egyptian courts. This paragraph is an alternative to be used in the case of termination of this User Agreement or revoked for any reason whatsoever. |
أتفاقية المستخدم هذه محكومة ومصاغة بحسب قانون جمهورية مصر العربية , وهى خاضعة تماما وكليا للتشريع المعمول به فى المحاكم المصرية, هذة الفقرة توجد بديلا يتم اللجوء اليه فى حالة أنتهاء مفعول أتفاقية المستخدم هذة أو ألغاؤها لأى سبب كان. |
